Matthew Wade is session stylist based in London with over 25 years’ experience in the fashion industry, having come from a family of hairdressers at the age of 16 he started an apprenticeship at the Harrods Hair & beauty salon.

On completion of his training, Matthew left Harrods and worked in and around London at various different salons before then going freelance to follow the path of the fashion industry, which also took him into the music industry where he worked with various pop bands and solo artists. 

Matthew stated working closely with photographer Brian Aris, who personally introduced Matthew to Twiggy who has become a long standing client. Campaigns with Twiggy include L’Oreal and Marks & Spencer. 

Editorials: Matthew has worked on include Vogue Italia, Vogue India, Vogue Czechoslovakia, Sunday Times Style, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire and Red Magazine.
